73. Elastic bands

The elastic bands around her wrists are too tight.
Making it that little bit harder for the blood to circulate past her palms, and down her long, slender fingers.

These are those small acts of self destruction,
And self defense,
That kill her slowly.

They�ll never know.


I want to remember What takes a lifetime to forget
